The Challenge

Four business units. Four websites. Each with its own audience, conversion goal, and content requirements. And none of them working well. The EdTech website design problem here was not just aesthetics — it was the absence of a shared design language and the inconsistency of education platform UX that undermined the group's credibility at scale.

What We Did

Each site was treated as an independent brief before being connected to the shared design system. Stakeholder discovery sessions per business unit

preceded all design work. As a brand identity agency with experience across education and EdTech, we grounded every design decision in commercial intent rather than aesthetic preference.

The B2B school transformation site was built for school leaders — trust signals, clear explanation of the model, low-friction path to contact. The physical learning hub site was built for parents — environment, curriculum quality, reassurance. The corporate site was built for institutional audiences. The international online school site was built to convert curious families across 40+ countries into enrolled students. Four distinct education platform UX problems, one design team.

Design System

A shared design system connected all four sites — making the group feel cohesive while allowing each unit to speak to its own audience. All four sites were delivered on Framer with CMS configured for client independence. This is EdTech website design built for the long term: the client owns the content, the sites hold together as a family, and no developer is required for updates.

Deliverables

Stakeholder discovery and brief documentation for all four business units. Shared design system applied across all four sites. Full website design at desktop and mobile for all four sites. Four complete Framer builds with interactions, animations, and CMS. Performance QA and launch support. Client handoff and CMS training.

Outcome

Four outdated websites replaced with purpose-built digital presences. Unified brand identity restored across all group properties. Each site designed around specific audience needs and commercial goals. All sites client-owned on Framer — no developer dependency for updates. The international online school site now serves families across 40+ countries with education platform UX built for that scale.
